We visit your property, take detailed measurements and discuss every aspect of the project.
Once everything is agreed, we sign a contract outlining the full scope of works, timelines and terms. This gives you clarity and peace of mind.
As renovation projects can involve unforeseen factors, we provide weekly updates regarding your scheduled start date. If anything shifts due to project logistics, you will always be informed in advance.

Stage one
Site visit & planning
Approximately 2–3 weeks before commencement, we advise clients to purchase tiles, grout and sanitary ware.
If required, it is recommended to arrange a skip with a waste management company a couple of weeks in advance.
All other construction materials are sourced by us as the project progresses. Clients are charged transparently based on receipts provided.

Stage two
Pre-start preparation
Before starting, we carefully protect floors, carpets, stairs, door handles and surrounding areas.
Demolition usually takes 1–2 days, depending on the size and condition of the bathroom.
Water supply is only disconnected briefly — typically for 1–2 hours — to remove sanitary fixtures and cap pipework. You will not be left without water for extended periods.
All waste is removed to the skip, and the area is vacuumed and kept tidy throughout.

Stage three
Protection & demolition
Where required, we carry out:
- Relocation of water, heating and waste pipes
- Replacement of damaged pipe sections
- Construction of boxing and concealed systems
- Floor base replacement
- Installation of plasterboard
- Wall niches
- Ceiling replacement (if necessary)
Stage four
Plumbing & structural works
Before tiling begins, we complete:
- Full surface priming
- Two-layer waterproofing system on floors and walls
Stage five
Surface preparation & waterproofing
We dedicate significant time to layout planning and marking to ensure a clean, balanced tile design — avoiding narrow cuts wherever possible.
Tiling typically accounts for around 30% of the total project duration.
Adhesive is applied both to the surface and the tile itself (double-buttering method), following best practice standards.
We offer all corner finishing options:
We install tiles with narrow grout joints (1.5–2 mm) for a modern, refined finish.

Tiling Installation
After tiling:
All fixtures are professionally sealed.
- All internal corners are sealed with colour-matched silicone
- Ceiling-to-wall junctions are caulked
- Ceilings are painted in two coats

Finishing & sanitary installation
We carry out a full clean upon completion, leaving your home tidy and ready to use.
After 24 hours, you can begin enjoying your newly renovated bathroom.
We provide a 24-month workmanship guarantee.
Project duration varies depending on complexity, but most bathroom renovations take approximately two weeks.
We prioritise quality over speed, which may take slightly longer than average — but ensures a lasting result.
Even after completion, we remain available. Certain elements can only be assessed through use, and we are always here to support our clients.
